UNNA AND MANNU

Unna and Mannu consists of 2 separate buildings situated in the centre of Levin Tori, Levi right in front of the front slopes at the heart of the action. Within the buildings are 24 individual bespoke apartments, 10 commercial units which are all leased on 36 month contracts, remaining open all year long, and a heated underground parking lot with spaces for 177 vehicles.

The development was completed in November 2008 and has been running as an Aparthotel with management and rental bookings in place. It offers great returns and a fantastic investment vehicle for capital growth, enhanced somewhat by it's fantastic architectural design and it's prime location.

The range of apartments goes from fully furnished studios to luxury, spacious apartments.

You can’t fail to relax after a hard day on the golf
course or the ski slopes.

Sauna, bathroom &changing room

The heart of every Snow White apartment, the sauna with functional bathroom and changing room. The Sauna and bathrooms interior combines black alder, white tiles and beautiful porcelain bathroom furniture. The soft and top-quality Finlayson towels put the final touch on the whole experience. In every apartment, the utility room combined with the sauna section is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

Bedroom

The top of the range mattresses, pillows, quilts and linen made by Finnish company Finlayson guarantee a good night sleep, vital for a successful holiday. A lot of consideration has been put into the interior design of the bedrooms: a calm colour scheme, spacious closets and modest furnishing following the style of the rest of the apartment. The northern lights shining in from the window can be shut out with blackout blinds so nothing disturbs your peace.
